GIS Interlocal Agreements

Local governmental entities in Southern Nevada have joined together to develop Geographic Information Systems (GIS) resources.

Interlocal Agreements have been established which specify that the Clark County GIS Management Office (GISMO) will maintain a GIS data warehouse and associated Southern Nevada GIS Metadata to facilitate data sharing among participants. For this service, the Interlocal Agencies pay a yearly fee to the GISMO. The metadata is available via a web application: MetadataExplorer.
